What to expect
The engagement process starts with us reaching out to candidates when we have active qualified vacancies or we have knowledge of vacancies pending. We do not waste candidates time on vague possibilities.
We always ensure that our qualified vacancies have all relevant details in place and a complete Job description. If the client cannot provide one, then we will draft a detailed JD based on our In-depth understanding of their requirement. We will never reach out to candidates and present with Incomplete details for a vacancy
We establish your current situation and ascertain if your are open to discuss a possible placement or career move.
Once your Interest is established, we will then discuss the role, your skills & experience and provide a JD for review and consideration.
Assuming you are suitable for the job and the job is suitable for you, the next stage is CV and compliance documents. We are happy to help with your CV if required and will advise on how best to get a copy of your identification and proof of address to us. We will never ask you to send original documents.
We will then submit your CV and a summary of why we think you are right for the job. At Dynamicas Resourcing we don’t throw hundreds of CV’s at a role hoping one sticks, that’s not our style. If your CV is in front of our client then you have an excellent chance of moving onto the next stage.
We only show your CV to companies we really believe will be the right fit. We know that your CV is much more than details should read more than a piece of paper; it is the next stage of your professional life. We therefore remain on-hand throughout the recruitment process to make sure we continue to serve our function in the best way possible, from handling your details through to interview management and subsequent employment or placement with your new employer.
We understand how frustrating it is to be left in the dark as to the progress of your application. At Dynamicas Resourcing we pride ourselves on keeping you in the picture at each stage with easy communication, and are able to respond to any concerns that you might have.
You will be regularly updated by your appointed consultant and you can keep up to date via our Candidate portal.

I currently work as a contract worker through Dynamicas Resourcing, how often will I be paid?
Providing you submit your timesheet by Tuesday at 10am you will be paid on a Friday one week in arrears.
I can’t find my job title on your website?

At Dynamicas Resourcing we pride ourselves on quality and attention to detail and your CV will not be shared with anyone until you’ve been screened, consulted by phone and where possible interviewed face to face.
